We built a custom winery, as Phase I, in this clients two phased construction plan.    We returned to complete the residence, Phase II, of this Mediterranean inspired estate.  This estate residence was designed and built to occasionally host dinners for the estates adjacent winery.

This custom home is completely constructed with masonry block.  Colored stucco is placed on a majority of the exterior walls.  Interior walls are framed in a more conventional framing construction, providing superior insulation of the entire structure.  The conventional framing also allows for exposed architectural features to be seen throughout the residence.  Two large stone fireplaces, a commercial wood burning pizza oven and a one-of-a-kind stair newel post are prominent features of the home.  Terracotta tiles line the main floor, which is heated with a closed loop hydroponic system.  All doors, windows, cabinets and storage built-ins were custom, quality crafted.

The outside of the home boasts a copper awning, wrought iron rails, and a back patio overlooking both the estate vineyard and beautiful in ground pool.  Solar collectors warm both the hydroponic floors and in ground pool.  A detached three car garage completes the estate residence.
