The owner wanted a Mediterranean-inspired winery, with traditional underground cellars, and a tasting room reminiscent of buildings from his childhood visits to Italy. The project included a hospitality room, production space, a sub-grade concrete barrel vault cave and a smoke house for home made prosciutto.
