Alloro Vineyard, Sherwood, Oregon
This owner wanted a small scale winery facility with aesthetic qualities of old world character. The project included hospitality, production, barrel storage and a smoke house for home made prosciutto. The requirement for building a sub-grade concrete barrel vault cave was noteworthy amongst the construction challenges on this winery.
