Founded in 1984, Andrew Scott Construction has established a reputation for building wineries and related infrastructure, as well as custom homes, and both commercial and residential remodels. Roger Collins was added to the firm in 2006 as a key man with broad management experience and architectural credentials . Roger has handled the management of construction for most of the complex wineries built by the firm over the past 7 years. Roger is also transitioning into the ownership of the company moving forward allowing Andy more freedom from day to day events.
Andy and Roger have developed a reputation for working closely with their clients and the consultant teams to develop a positive building experience, focused on producing projects of enduring quality and beauty.

With the growth of the Yamhill Carlton wineries and our 30 years of construction experience, including several notable wine makers in this area, and their specialized architects, we are becoming recognized as the most trusted and experienced leader among Willamette Valley’s winery building contractors.
We understand the dynamics necessary to handle sophisticated construction with architectural, engineering and consultant teams, as well as working with owners who are looking for our experience on a bare bones utility level.
