construction goals
An existing home on the vineyard estate stood at the prime location for viewing the expansive valley & mountain views. An addition to the existing home added square footage for patrons to sit and enjoy the gorgeous views either through the large wall of windows, or outside on the large covered deck. A courtyard between the new winery and tasting room was also added to accommodate events without compromising any of the spectacular views from tasting room, deck, or courtyard. The residential kitchen was transformed into a commercial kitchen, where added structure was placed to safely install both range and hood. The clients wanted to create a space that would draw events & welcome individual guests to stay a while and enjoy their wine and panoramic views.
