construction goals

The owner wanted a Mediterranean-inspired winery, with traditional underground cellars, and a tasting room reminiscent of buildings from his childhood visits to Italy.  The project included a hospitality room, production space, a sub-grade concrete barrel vault cave, and a smokehouse for homemade prosciutto.  This artisan, limited-production producer is L.I.V.E certified.
