Our client was looking for phased growth to complete this site’s ultimate vision. Phase 1 was excavation of the site. A large pond was completed, and site utilities were placed based on the site’s master plan. We then built a micro-winery, which utilizes every inch of space for tanks and barrels. A large overhang provides exterior space. A pole barn was erected for storage. Working with the client we were able to help facilitate his utilitarian design and master vision for more exciting things to come.
